Draft for review · Effective date: [[OWNER-CONFIRM: effective date at launch]]
Journal publishing is free in the inaugural volume
Publishing in JAISI and JLAIS is free for the inaugural volume. There is no submission fee, no article processing charge (APC), and no hidden author-side charge to publish. Editorials and invited pieces are free.
If an APC or other author-side charge is ever introduced after the inaugural volume, it will be announced here and on the relevant journal's own pages before it applies [[OWNER-CONFIRM: post-inaugural APC decision]] — never applied retroactively.
Fee waivers
Should any future charge apply, a fee-waiver and hardship policy will be operated per journal, decided before payment. No qualifying author is turned away for inability to pay.
Paid services
Beyond journal publishing, the press may offer the services below as they launch. Prices are not yet set; each row is announced before intake opens, so nothing here is a live charge.

How payments are taken
When paid services go live, all payments will be processed through Razorpay, supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. The primary currency is [[OWNER-CONFIRM: INR only, or USD too]]. The payment gateway becomes active with the first paid service; until then, no payment can be taken. The press never sees or stores your card or bank data, and invoices and receipts are sent by email.
Refunds and grievance
Cancellations and refunds for any paid service are covered by our Cancellations & refunds policy. For billing disputes or complaints, use the Grievance Officer and timelines on our Contact & grievance page.
